Our team

OSG, Inc. started when two brothers realized that many clients wanted more from a security provider than they were able to get from firms then operating in the marketplace. From our inception, we have operated under the premise that security managers should be able to obtain services custom tailored to fit their precise specifications and that such "premium" security services would protect the assets of the client as well as enhance the attractiveness of the client's property.

Our Mission Statement continues to guide our philosophy of doing business and drives our organization and operations. We understand that the security business is foremost a people business.

Being in the "people business," OSG will always strive to provide the best personnel for our clients and the best client for our security officers.

Our founders also realized the importance of providing excellent customer service and a commitment to providing service excellence. We will remain in close contact with our clients, view situations from their perspective, and remain flexible in order to accomodate the individual needs of our clients.

Cy A. Oatridge, CPP

CEO and President

Mr. Oatridge has over 21 years of security management experience. He is recognized for his ability to provide unique, affordable security solutions for his clients and for his commitment to providing top quality services and high levels of customer satisfaction.

a. Education:  Bachelor of Science, Business Administration - LeTourneau University.

b. Background: Cy Oatridge has over 21 years’ experience in the security officer industry serving in roles from CEO/President to Security Officer. He is recognized for his ability to provide unique, affordable security solutions for his clients and for his commitment to providing top quality services and high levels of customer satisfaction.

c. Recent Work Experience:  Mr. Oatridge currently manages the business and provides quality control checks for all of the current security officer contracts. His experience includes both the commercial and Government sectors, such as the Port of Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Grays Harbor and the USACE – overseeing QA/QC for armed and unarmed security officers’ performance, which includes patrols, monitoring access control, and other related tasks. 

d. Specific Professional /Technical Accomplishments:          

- Certified Protection Professional (CPP). This designation is acknowledged as the security profession’s highest recognition of practitioners. This certification provides evidence that an individual is “Board Certified in Security Management.”

- Certified Washington State Fusion Liaison Officer. The FLO Program is a statewide network of agency-selected law enforcement, fire-fighting and critical infrastructure organization representatives which serves as integral components of the Statewide Integrated Intelligence System (SIIS) and provide the mechanism to gather and analyze information, and share actionable intelligence.

- Managed national accounts in the State of Washington and Alaska as well as Fortune 1000 accounts such as Weyerhaeuser, Boeing and General Growth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

William A. Graham, Jr

Vice President of Operations and Corporate Contract Manager,

Mr. Graham is a retired Army Command Sergeant Major with over 30 years of service. He has a background in Personnel and Law Enforcement and his extensive experience provides an ideal blend for his position of overseeing the Personnel and Operations Department of OSG.

a. Education: Associates Degree in Criminal Justice

Attended United States Army Sergeant’s Major Academy

b. Background: William Graham has over 30 years’ experience as a manager, administrator and trainer. He has a background in Personnel and Law Enforcement, his extensive experience as a Human Resources Administrator and as a Senior Enlisted Advisor for Law Enforcement Public Safety, provides an ideal blend for his position of overseeing the Personnel and Operations Department of OSG.

For eight years he was a contract program manager with the Army National Guard to oversee program operations in seventeen northwestern states. This program employed over 1,500 soldiers and contractors with an annual operating budget of over $18 Million. His duties included conducting periodic quality assurance inspections, training programs, hiring process and new hire training for all primary state program managers. His experience also includes senior-level law enforcement and physical security responsibilities at two major U.S. military installations, U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).  Evaluated police presence, response times, access/arms control and a myriad of other emergency services related to managing large installations.

c. Recent Work Experience: Since 2004, Mr. Graham has been a corporate staff officer. He provides contract management for all OSG contracts involving a staff of security officers of 75 with contract values of over $3 Million.

d. Specific Professional /Technical Accomplishments:          

- Promoted to the highest enlisted rank in the military in less than 20 years.

- Successfully managed approximately 24 accounts (5,500 hours of security guard service per week) and in excess of 300 security officers.

Elissa E. Szieff

Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Development

a. Education: Has attended numerous accounting and tax seminars, training programs and classes.

b. Background: Ms. Szieff has over 30 years providing financial and leadership on business matters. Her experience includes representation of corporate clients and individuals in connection with financial, taxes, security, fraud and other complex matters. 

c. Recent Work Experience: Ms. Szieff is responsible for the Company’s business and corporate development, finances, ethics and compliance programs and all corporate governance activities and matters.

d. Specific Professional /Technical Accomplishments:          

- Advisor in Physical Security Industry matters, finances and protection services.

OSG and Evergreen have teamed together and are Certified participants in the U.S. Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program, enhancing the capability of OSG (protégé) to compete more successfully for federal government contracts.  Through the Certified SBA Mentor-Protégé Program, Evergreen has committed to providing assistance, resources and benefits to developing the business and operations of OSG.
