Oatridge Security Group (OSG) is continuously looking for hardworking, ethical individuals to join our team. After completing an Employment Application, qualified candidates will have personal interviews with our Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Site Manager. Before placement, the client will meet with the candidate for final approval. References required.
Minimum requirements include:
- Must be 18 years old
- A United States citizen
- Able to read, write and speak effective English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years of work experiences with a stable job history
- No convictions or criminal acts
- No known history of alcohol or drug addiction or dependency
Background Screening
Given the nature of our work, a thorough background investigation is conducted on all potential employees. Information includes criminal records, social security verification, driving record, and credit checks. Applicants will not be offered a position until the background investigation is complete.
Orientation Program
Before beginning work, new hires must complete our New Hire Orientation Program. This eight-hour classroom course further assesses the reading, writing, and thinking skills required for security work. Officer candidates will not be certified for post-work until completing a comprehensive, closed-book examination.
Probation Period
Each employee will have a 90-Day probation period to ensure both the job position and the client placement are a good fit.
